I installed Kuryakyn's Dually pegs with male ends. Most of Kuryakyn's pegs use adapter kits, but there's no Savage kit, so I tried these.

The pegs are slightly longer than the stock pegs, but not so long that they drag more than the stock ones did. I still feel vibration through the pegs, but I find I can move my feet around on the pegs because they're so wide, and that helps. I'm going to see if I can insert rubber padding around the male end. There's room for it in the mounting fixture.

I had to widen the hole in the male end for the keeper that holds the peg in place. The hole seemed to be 3/8-inch, and I needed to widen it with a 13/32-inch drill bit.
